Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise resulting in 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If clients do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and resulting in 50% charge of the scheduled service.
